Accounts
Reads you invested, your units are worth (fund market value), your dividends and worth today (surrender value) with the date, from his own NBF client copy, and checks they add up. The account is suggested from the statement's name (SG / General) - check it before saving. Nothing is linked to NBF; it is the same as typing them in.
NAVs: AMFI data via mfapi.in, updated once a day by itself when Francis or Noel opens the app. Units and invested amounts come from the MF Central report - upload a new one after buying or selling.

Upload a bank statement
ICICI (PDF) and Union Bank (PDF - read as a picture), or a photo / screenshot of a statement. It is read in this browser; the file itself is not uploaded anywhere. Nothing is saved until you press Import.
Ledger
Change a category and it is saved at once; "same payee" also sets every other entry with that payee, and future statements learn it.
Monthly expenses (₹ per month)
The household's regular spending, the same cash-flow layout as the Bucket app. Amounts are rupees per month. A loan EMI (category Debt) is not grown by inflation and stops after the age you set (Francis's age).
Actual spending from the statements (₹)
From the ledger, by month - against the monthly plan above. Transfers between his own accounts and investments (mutual funds, FDs) are not spending.
One-off costs
Big planned costs in a given year (car, wedding, house repair…), in today's rupees - inflation is added for the year.
The plan, year by year
Assumptions
Change any figure and press Recalculate (Save keeps it for everyone).
An illustration from the figures above, not personal financial advice. Returns are assumptions, not promises; taxes are not included.
Exchange rates
Fetched daily (European Central Bank via frankfurter.app; the dirham is pegged at 3.6725 per US dollar). You can type them instead.
Your password
At least 10 characters. Keep it in a password manager.
Starter data (Noel)
Load francis-starter.json from D:\PN3M\Francis Master Account. Accounts already here (same name and folio / last 4) are skipped. The file stays on the PC.
Who has access
Admins: Noel. Editors can add and change entries; viewers can only look. One email per line. Each person also needs a login (Firebase → Authentication → Users).
Undo
Nothing to undo.
Puts accounts and figures back to how they were before the last change made by a person (statement entries already imported stay in the ledger).
